Our CNC machining workshop
Xinrico has more than 60 CNC machining centers, including 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with tolerances of ± .0002 inches and ± .005 millimeters, which can be used to manufacture OEM parts. Machinable materials for CNC machining include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, steel, alloy steel, brass, nickel, cobalt, tungsten, titanium, etc. We also offer other services such as grinding, milling, turning, trimming, drilling, deburring, tapping, threading, blasting, polishing, vibratory finishing, pressure testing, cleaning and assembly. Xinrico‘s heat treatments include T4, T5, T6 and T7, allowing weldability, gluing, riveting and low porosity shapes.
Our Anodizing Workshop
Due to the appearance problems of aluminum products, the products are defective and scrapped, which wastes a lot of manpower time and money. Therefore, we have established our own anodizing workshop, customized various anodizing hangers, and strengthened the training of personnel on product quality to solve such problems.
